Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: March 19, 2026.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and return rules will apply.
- For urgent cancellation requests, contact support immediately.
2. Eligible Returns
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Non-returnable Cases
- Opened consumable products unless found defective.
- Requests raised beyond return window without valid quality concerns.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
4. Refund Timeline
After return approval and inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment mode where applicable, generally within 5-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed through approved alternate channels.
5. How to Raise a Request
Please submit return/refund/cancellation requests through our Contact Page, including order ID, issue details, and relevant photos (if applicable).
